As the owner of AboveTouch Anatomy Works, I pride myself in providing my clients exceptional treatment, training, and muscular re-education.  With over 12 years of experience as a sports massage therapist and 9 years as a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist, I’ve dedicated a lot of time into keeping my clients progressing to their goals. All paths to healing aren’t equal, so being a highly educated and experienced therapist allows me to customize each session based on an individual's needs. My approach is to not only treat an immediate pain or problem, but to also bridge a solution from a global perspective. This micro|macro approach is where most other providers miss the mark to sustainable improvement and performance.

Background

As a native Charlottean, I graduated from NC State University with a B.S. in Business Administration-Marketing Concentration.  During my time at NC State, I experienced my first massage from a friend after an injury at the gym. It was here that I learned the power of human touch to heal.  After college, and some soul searching, I decided to follow my intuition and become a massage therapist.  It's one of the best and most rewarding decisions I've made in my life.
